In this New Age Leadership Foundation Course, you will be guided through the development & implementation of your own Best Practice New Age Leadership Framework through a hybrid of online and coaching learning.

The New Age Leadership Practitioner course will provide you with an Accreditation to deliver the New Age Leadership Program to your internal teams and clients.   You will be taken through the New Age Leadership Program and provided with additional resources, 1:1 and group coaching and tools, with a license to train others on this program.  

This program provides a deep understanding of organisation environments, people and processes, including influences that are changing the landscape and how to navigate through evolution.  This is online, self-paced course with real-life examples and assessments that are measured against our Academy standards.  You will also receive a minimum of 2 one-on-one coaching sessions with a Certified New Age Leadership Practitioner.
